Special Events with the Colorado Wine Room

The Colorado Wine Room is available for private parties from 6:00 pm nightly.  We can accommodate 40 people within our shop and guests are also welcome to enjoy a glass of wine on the patio.  To provide you and your guests with the best experience possible, we request a firm head count one week prior to your event.   Pre-payment for use of our facility is required.  The facility fee is non-refundable.

The cost for use of the Colorado Wine Room is as follows:

$25/hour up to 20 people                         $35/hour for off-site events

$35/hour up to 40 people                         $45/hour for off-site events (Includes one extra person to pour)

Plus one of the following options:

OPEN BAR WINE TASTING PARTY:  The Colorado Wine Room will keep track of all tastes and glasses poured throughout the evening.  Attendees are welcome to sample any of our 22 wines and/or enjoy wine by the glass.  The results will be totaled and the group will be billed accordingly.

CUSTOM WINE TASTING PARTY:  The group’s organizer will determine a set fee per person prior to the event and we will pour accordingly.  Attendees are welcome to sample any of our 22 wines and/or enjoy wine by the glass.  The first 2 tastes are free and each taste thereafter is $1.  We require a minimum of 5 tastes or $3 per person.  Prices for wine by the glass range from $3-$8, so we have come up with an average of $6 per glass.  Here are some examples:

5 tastes would be $3 per person

5 tastes ($3) and 1 glass of wine ($6) would be $9 per person

6 tastes ($4) and 1 glass of wine ($6) would be $10 per person

2 glasses of wine would be $12 per person

If the group organizer would like to pay for the tasting and have attendees purchase their own wine by the glass, we are happy to accommodate that. 

OFF-SITE WINE TASTING:  The Colorado Wine Room comes to you!  Choose from over 20 fine Colorado wines for your special event.  Mix and match any 12 bottles for a 10% case discount.  You are charged for the wine plus:

$35/hour up to 20 people

$45/hour up to 40 people

Wine glasses are available to rent for 50 cents each.  A $6 replacement fee will be charged for broken or missing glasses.
