Colorado Wine Club – Signup Information

Thank you for your interest in the Colorado Wine Club. The following restrictions apply to membership in the Colorado Wine Room.

You must be at least 21 years of age to subscribe.

We can only ship within the state, so you must supply a valid Colorado address.
Shipments of wine must be signed for by an adult.

Filling out the following secure, on-line form will send to us the information we need to add you to the Club. Please understand that filling out this information automatically subscribes you.   When we receive your information, we will process your order and start you with the next month's wine selections.
